Who I Am & How I Build Marketing That Works.

I’m tired of marketing that feels like marketing.

You know what I mean. Those campaigns that scream “look at us!” but nobody’s actually looking. The LinkedIn posts that sound like they were written by a committee. The emails that make you wonder if the sender has ever had a real conversation with a human in their life.

When someone’s searching Google at 2am trying to solve a problem, I want to be there with the answer they’re looking for. Not some keyword-stuffed page that wastes their time. When a decision-maker opens LinkedIn during their coffee break, I want them to see something that makes them think, “Huh, that’s actually useful,” not another generic thought leadership post.

The stuff I’m proudest of doesn’t feel like marketing at all. It feels like a friend sending you something useful, not a brand trying to sell you something.

That’s what I build. Marketing that people want to engage with, not escape from.

Yes, I know how the algorithm works. No, I’m not going to write like a keyword stuffed chatbot. I build search strategies that show up, speak clearly, and don’t make your brand sound like it lost a bet.

I write emails that get opened by humans. Not because of emojis. Because they sound like someone worth hearing from.

Demand Generation

I create the kind of inbound motion that doesn’t need a hard sell. Content that earns trust. Timing that feels right. Offers that land without shouting.

Thought Leadership

No ghostwritten beige nonsense. If I’m writing thought leadership, it’s going to have an actual point of view. Something with tension, teeth, and a sentence or two you’ll want to steal.

I poke at things until something breaks or something works. Then I write down the good part and scale it.

I don’t recycle blog posts with emojis and call it strategy. I write natively for the feed—tight copy, smart hooks, and content that earns attention without begging for it.

Content Strategy

Content without strategy is just noise in a nicer font. If it’s not driving awareness, pushing pipeline, or getting passed around, what’s the point?

Personal Stuff:

When I’m not building marketing machines or dissecting SEO like a conspiracy board, I’m usually being emotionally blackmailed by my two dogs, Ammy and Pan, while the cats—Lio and Hermes—supervise like tiny, judgmental landlords. Occasionally, they appear in meetings to remind everyone who’s actually in charge.

I started planting milkweed and native flowers to attract pollinators to my garden, but it quickly turned into a full-blown mission to save the monarchs. Now, I raise caterpillars in a greenhouse to protect them from predators before releasing them into the wild, because apparently, I can’t do anything halfway.

Outside of marketing, I write sci-fantasy novels full of witches, wolves, and people making terrible decisions in haunted forests. Before I was building pipelines, I was building magic systems and emotionally devastating fictional strangers.
