As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, I led digital marketing across digital marketing across both B2B and B2C. Building strategy for everything around paid media, content, email, automation, and more. I developed a full funnel strategy that drove a 9000% increase in leads. Launched paid campaigns that delivered nearly 300 SQLs. Created thought leadership content that ranked within two months—because it was actually worth reading.

On the backend, I rebuilt HubSpot: lead scoring, workflows, tracking, segmentation—the whole system, cleaned and rebuilt to actually reflect how people behave. I restructured email nurture flows to serve two very different audiences and made sure the content we shipped did more than fill a calendar. It created demand. It made sense. And it performed.

How I Did It

When I joined CareerCircle, lead gen wasn’t just slow—it barely existed. No lead scoring, no lifecycle logic, no real content strategy, and no way to track what was working (or if anything was). I built the system from the ground up—then used it to drive consistent, measurable growth across both the B2B and B2C sides of the business.

  • Drove a 9000% increase in inbound leads by connecting paid media, SEO content, lifecycle nurture, and lead scoring into a single, functioning system.
  • Rebuilt HubSpot from scratch: created a lead scoring model tied to actual behavior (not hunches), rewired automation, cleaned up segmentation, and made the reporting tell us something useful.
  • Built and implemented an MQL scoring system in HubSpot, using engagement metrics like page visits, email opens, and lead interactions to streamline prioritization. This improved MQL > SQL conversion rates by 21% and contributed to a 27% increase in revenue.
  • Launched a full event strategy from zero, scaling to 20+ virtual events per year split across B2B (webinars for employer partners) and B2C (career fairs and workshops). It worked—return site visits jumped 30%, and event leads regularly converted into pipeline.
  • Cleaned up technical SEO with dev using SEMrush and Search Console—site health up 3% in 60 days, keyword visibility climbing, structure finally doing its job.
  • Improved email health from 6/10 to 8/10 (a 33% increase), leading to better deliverability and higher engagement. Reworked nurture flows, and built automations based on what users were doing—not what we hoped they might.
  • Tied it all together in GA4 and HubSpot so we could track the full picture: who came in, where they came from, what they engaged with, and what moved them forward.
  • Implemented a content and SEO strategy informed by industry trends and research, aligning our approach across events, social, long-form content, and short-form content.
  • Revamped landing pages to drive traffic to key assets that previously saw no engagement, ensuring stronger visibility on Google and higher conversion rates. Direct traffic increased by 38% in 2024 as a result.
