// How I work now

The tools are new. The habit isn't.

In 2022 at Workweek I wrote that if something didn't exist, I built it. Back then that meant a Monday.com rollout and a Databox instance nobody had bothered to set up.

At Workzone it means software. When a campaign needs a landing page, a workflow needs an app, or a decision needs a dashboard, I open Lovable and build it that week instead of filing a ticket and waiting a quarter.

It's not a hobby and it's not a novelty. It's the reason one marketer can cover the ground a team used to, and it's the single biggest change in how I work in nine years.

Internal apps

Decision desks, registries, finders and scrapers, built in Lovable and Supabase and handed to the people who needed them.

Landing pages

Campaign pages built and shipped without a designer, a developer or a two week turnaround.

Dashboards

Quarterly goal tracking and reporting that pulls from the real sources instead of a screenshot in a deck.

Agents and ops

Claude and Cowork wired into the actual stack, running the recurring work on a schedule.

// Things I've built

Eight of them are running right now.

Apps and systems I built in Lovable for real decisions at work. All eight are live, and two of them are internal.

Rebrand OS

The whole brand written down: voice traits, messaging pillars, visual identity, an AI search section and a pre-flight checklist. I prepped and pitched the rebrand myself. The design system on this page came out of it.

The web rebrand

A full marketing site rebrand, built as a working site instead of a deck. I measured the SEO risk first and proved only 3.2% of organic clicks sat on the pages being redesigned.

On Deck

A rebuild of the in-product dashboard, designed from what customers actually said in reviews rather than from an internal opinion about what they wanted.

Find the Hat

A live tracker for a conference we worked without a booth. Two giant rainbow hats, QR flyers, and a page telling people where we were standing. Four sales-qualified demos from a show with no booth.

ICP playbook

Three months of cross-channel research turned into a twelve-part playbook: four priority verticals, the one buyer that wins across all of them, who to walk away from, and the plays for each. Written so a new hire in any department could use it on day one. Internal.

Competitor intel

An agent that reads competitor news, changelogs and review sites every morning and publishes a sourced digest. Thirty days deep and still running.

Cannibalization desk

An approvals app for SEO consolidation. Mapped 54 duplicate URLs across 2,549 search queries, carried 18 decisions through CEO sign-off, and tracked all 11 redirects. Internal, behind a login.

Showtime

Every Workzone conference as a show ticket: who is going, what we are bringing, what it costs, and what is still a decision. The 2026 season in one place.

Ready to lead what's next.

I'm exploring remote director-level opportunities in demand generation and marketing leadership. I've managed people, developed junior marketers, and led agency and cross-functional partnerships. I want to bring that experience, and an unusually practical command of AI, to a team ready to grow. Let's talk.
