// The stack

The tools behind the numbers.

AI and automation

  • My analyst team. It showed that Asana, not Monday, was the competitor beating us most.
  • Where I built Workzone's rebrand and website redesign.
  • Refreshes the CEO's OKR board every week. The CEO and Customer Success now run their own work on it.
  • Runs my whole stack through Claude. I also led a company-wide vote on 65 AI tools for Workzone's product.
  • Built the Workzone rebrand site and 12 internal apps.
  • The data layer under those apps.
  • Version control for this site and the apps.

Demand and paid

  • Zero deals to 10 a quarter at Workzone, and 6x the sales-qualified leads from paid search.
  • An account-based program with Sales at Bonusly: 4x performance and HR leaders at FAANG.
  • Paid social at CyberSaint: traffic up 1,400%, cost per lead down 32%.
  • Launched Workzone's first ChatGPT ad test, 30 ads and four landing pages. Results coming in now.
  • Workzone's campaign, webinar and ChatGPT ad pages, plus the CEO's weekly OKR board.
  • Launch pages for 12+ creator brands at Workweek. The best converted 37%.

CRM and lifecycle

  • Four certifications, three companies run on it. Took CyberSaint email from 2% to 12% of pipeline revenue and grew CareerCircle revenue 27%.
  • Email for 12+ creator brands at Workweek, each in its own voice.
  • Course launches that grew Workweek's education sales 178%.
  • Workweek's live events, run as full launches.
  • Moved a University of Idaho department's email onto it.

Search and AI visibility

  • Tracking 96 buyer questions. Workzone is now the most-cited site in AI search for project management software.
  • 5,500+ AI citations in 30 days across Copilot and Bing, 69% from searches that never named us.
  • Mapped 1,973 searches where our own pages competed, and caught a plan that would have redirected our two most-cited pages.
  • Priority keywords in Google's top 10 from 8% to 19%.
  • Technical SEO at CareerCircle, then content that ranked within two months.
  • Part of how Shutterkey ranked #1 in Moscow and Pullman.

Analytics and tracking

  • Found that 78% of Workzone's traffic was bots and the demo conversion was overcounted 5x.
  • Heatmaps and recordings that shaped copy, design and A/B tests until one landing page clearly won.
  • Conversion tracking at nearly every company I've worked for, with custom key events and triggers.
  • Click tracking for newsletter ad placements and QR codes for event signage.
  • Brought in at three companies so leadership could see ad return and pipeline in one place.
  • Rolled out at Workweek so 12+ creators could see their own campaign status.
  • Mined 85 sales calls. Industry fit, a core message, came up in zero, which is shaping the repositioning.

Brand, design and events

  • Art and signage for Workzone's conference hat hunts. Events drove 36% of October's sales-qualified leads.
  • Webinar promo graphics and blog art in the brand palette.
  • Banners, postcards and swag for the Vegas and Baltimore hat hunts.
  • Workzone's site, the most-cited in AI search for its category. I ship pages and redirects myself.
  • Workweek launch pages, each in its creator's voice.
  • Ad and email creative built in house at Bonusly, so campaigns shipped the week they were planned.
  • Six years of wedding editing at Shutterkey.
  • Event and social graphics.
  • Campaign art for Workzone in the brand palette.
  • Internal and external decks on Workzone's brand.

Ready to lead what's next.

I'm exploring remote director-level opportunities in demand generation and marketing leadership. I've managed people, developed junior marketers, and led agency and cross-functional partnerships. I want to bring that experience, and an unusually practical command of AI, to a team ready to grow. Let's talk.
